Does anyone know any good places to get DVD/VCR players fixed?
The VCR works fine but the DVD player won’t load anymore movies and when I try to play them, all it says is that the disk is bad.

I’m assuming your unit has no warranty left. Any of the larger electronics retailers should be able to take a look at it, but with the prices of brand new DVD/VCR units averaging around $120 I wouldn’t really bother spending any money to have it repaired – just buy a new one.
