DVD VHS Combo Players

I know that there are region dvd players, for cheap too, but what brands would work best & be better?
Right now I have a Memorex, is that region free? Please help!

shop keeper says MPEG4 & MP4 is one and the same in DVD players. MPEG4 DVD players can play MP4 CDs. is it true?

i am looking into getting a newer used car and would like to hook up an amp and speakers in it but would like to avoid having to hook up an after market CD player if i can find a vehicle that has a CD player with RCA jacks already in it.

a. price of DVD rises?
b. price of DVD falls?
c. supply of DVD players increases?
d. consumers’ incomes decreases?
e. Wage rate of workers who produce DVD players increases?
f. Wage rate of worker who producer DVD players rises & at the same time the price of a DVD falls?
