I can’t seem to find a car stereo that stores music and can be operated by a touchscreen like a dvd player has. Are there any like this? How about one that has apps like Pandora?

I was wondering if the laser used to read regular cds is the same as one thats reads mp3’s on disc. If so couldnt you just chande the firmware to make the cd player play mp3’s? Im mainly curious about car stereo’s and disc changers. Any body have any ideas?
