I have read that the music downloaded from the iTunes store is copy protected. Does that mean it will not play on anything else other than iTunes or an iPod? If so, is there any easy way to convert the music?

My Itunes won’t recognize it or my or my CD drive. But it works in a Car Cd player and a boom-box.
